ABOUT NMIMS LAT EXAM

NMIMS LAT is a university-level common law entrance exam for admission to the BA LLB (Hons.) and BBA LLB (Hons.) programmes conducted in an online computer-based format offered by the Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies' seven law campuses.

NMIMS LAT Eligibility 2025

Candidates need to fulfil the below-mentioned eligibility criteria in order to appear for NMIMS LAT 2024:

• Candidates should pass Class 12 or equivalent from a recognized board in any stream with at least 50 per cent aggregate
• Candidates who have passed Class 12 from International Baccalaureate (IB) board should be either IB certificate/ & DP awarded with minimum 24 total credits having passed 3 HL and 3 SL mandatorily from any stream
• In case, the marksheet issued by the relevant board is in percentile, the actual aggregate percentage of all the subjects in which the candidate has appeared will be taken into consideration
• Candidates who are ungraded/failed in any subject mentioned in the marksheet are not eligible to apply for the exam
• Candidates appearing for the final Class 12 exams are also eligible to apply. However, such candidates will need to fulfil the above criteria within the given stipulated time.

The NMIMS LAT 2025 exam consists of four sections covering verbal reasoning, current affairs, legal reasoning, logical reasoning, and quantitative reasoning. Here’s an overview of the exam pattern:
